Ideal World Approach
People are the heart of each episode
70% of the episodes follow the story and film the interviews of the people.
- 3-5 different stories followed in the same episode topic
- interviews with founders / community leaders
- 2 expert opinions
- chats with the community
travel brings the episodes alive
The beat of each scene of the episodes is drummed by the destination. Travel will spark that wanderlust feeling in our viewers.
Each outdoor scene will reflect a new culture, stunning landscape and tones that remind each viewer how much they love and respect planet earth and the beings that reside in it.
awareness is okay, but action is better
The point of each episode is to spark action. Ideal World tells real life stories to shake the viewers into reaction.
Let’s say the episode is about Single Use Plastic. Well the message throughout the episode would be teaching viewers how to reduce or stop their useage of single use plastic and give them the tools they need to make changes.
In some episodes we appeal to our audience to help fund the non profits featured. Such as raising funds for a mini van for the orphanage.
every episode, has its 'omg'
Yes, the stories Ideal World shoots are shocking – but there’s more.
In each episode there is a challenge. For example.. In the Yoga Means Union episode Celina goes undercover as a yogi.
In the Single Use Plastic episode Celina goes on a plastic free diet.
Hopefully influencers will soon participate in these challenges per episode to increase viewership.
there is virtually no debate
We’re already seeing the effects of human-caused climate change — Ideal World showcases the solutions.
- 2023 was the hottest year on record
- Sea Level Is Rising
- Extreme Events Are Increasing in Frequency
- Climate change could drive 216 million people to migrate within their own countries by 2050
Climate Change Is Real
Rising inequality
Really? In 2024 we still have these issues? Yes, sadly..
- Nearly 700 million people around the world today live in extreme poverty
- nearly 2.4 billion women of working age still do not have the same rights as men
- 160 million children – 63 million girls and 97 million boys – were in child labour globally at the beginning of 2020
the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
A mere 12% of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are currently on track, let's raise more awareness
- green transformation will deliver a cleaner planet, with less pollution, more resilient economies, and healthier people
- Ideal world have achieved raising awareness in 12/17 of the goals so far
net zero by 2050
The devastation and destruction of climate change will only worsen if we raise awareness and take action
- it’s vital that we limit further temperature rises to 1.5 degrees to 2 degrees
- Cutting these emissions by half over the next decade would prevent an estimated 0.3 degree rise in the average global temperature by 2040—and help avoid tipping points
Over 95% of the world's population have health problems
Healthy diets for a healthier planet.
- By 2030, the proportion of total global deaths due to chronic diseases is expected to increase to 70%
- 571 million people are living in food poverty in 2023
- About a third of all human-caused greenhouse gas emissions is linked to food
- By 2045, projections show that 1 in 8 adults, approximately 783 million, will be living with diabetes, an increase of 46%
Ideal world raises awareness about causes in need of support and appeals viewers to take action any way they can.
Ideal World creates eco systems by connecting sustainable and social impact initiatives with support and solutions
Our Milestones
Visual Style
Up close and personal
As if you were there in person.
As real as it gets, every shot is grounded in reality. The stories, situation and people are real – so each shot is completely unfiltered so that the viewers can not only relate, but feel the raw honesty of the scenes.
Inspired by Netflix: Down to Earth with Zac Efron
Technical Approach
Ready To Shoot
To help Ideal World produce our best work and create compelling visual experiences for our audience we film with Sony FX30. This light weight camera allows us to shoot steadily, swiftly and move easily and the Sony FX30 is approved by Netflix.
x2 DJI drones are used to capture arial shots.
The first days at each new shoot captures the interviews. This is done first so that we can proceed to build a visual story around their narrative.
- Distribution
Release date: May 31 2024

I tell stories that contribute to a greener, healthier, and more resilient future
Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with non-profits and charities, immersing myself in their daily activities and capturing their remarkable stories through video.
This project, which I call “Ideal World,” aims to shed light on various causes and inspire awareness and support.
- Net Zero by 2050
- Reduce inequality by 2029
okay, you've read alot of words so far, here's the trivia
- Ideal World started filming back in 2017
- When i started filming, it was solely free footage for the non profits to use the material to help their appeals come to life
- All funds raised for each non profit goes directly to them. I don't 'get paid' for any of this, i guess my payment is the success of the episodes
Risks and challenges
Sending Materials
I’ve had a previous experience with a sponsor sending me items to the location I was filming at in Mexico.
Sadly the goods, which were critical to Ideal World production were seized at customs and never fulfilled.
Delaying the entire production process by months.
Hereon, I can not receive material items with confidence unless I am back in Europe or USA.
Travel & Locations
Conditions in every country is different. Luckily I’ve spanned over 100 countries and have learned how to navigate and adapt in a new place quite easily.
Locals are quickly sought out to assist with learning the new locations and it’s ways.
